Grievance

The strength of the Academy is the members. The welfare of members is a matter of serious concern. Some nature of duties of the power engineers may pose distresses in day to day works. Mistakes are apparent during execution of works by power engineers. The members will become aggrieved if some internal actions are proposed to be taken against them or subjected to unbearable external pressures. Members need a platform to get solicited assistance in such cases.  Academy intends to create a platform of hand hold the members who become aggrieved.

Members may connect via the web site to intimate the type of grievance meted out by them and this would be discussed by the select team to mitigate the issue.
